Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, contact our customer service at (+91 967 945 0427) (10AM – 7PM) or email support@pebbledhara.com. If the order has already shipped, do not accept the shipment and inform customer service. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns under the following situations:
Damaged items delivered.
Delivery of wrong items, not according to your order.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason, and if returned without a valid reason, the customer must bear shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in refund cases. When a refund is processed, the amount refunded will be the cost of the item only, excluding any delivery charges.
Damaged Items:
If your package appears damaged, and the artifact is damaged upon opening, follow these steps within 48 hours of receipt:
Note the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and retain a copy.
Make appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet (if applicable).
Notify Pebbledhara within 2 days of receipt, providing details and images of the damage.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Critical for Refund/Exchange/Replacement):
For cases involving damaged items, providing an unboxing video is extremely important and a mandatory part of the return process.
The video should clearly show the process of unboxing from the moment the package is opened to the discovery of the damaged item. Ensure the video is unedited and continuous.
The video must capture the condition of the packaging before it’s opened and the condition of the item as it is being unpacked.
If an unboxing video is not provided, the request for a refund, exchange, or replacement may not be processed.
We will discuss replacement, refund, or credit based on this evidence. If a replacement is desired, ship the artifact back in the original packing. Once received, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. The initial shipping cost for returning damaged items is borne by the customer, and upon confirmation of transit damage, we will refund the return shipping cost.
Replacements may not be available immediately for one-of-a-kind works. We will inform you about the feasibility and time required for making another copy.
Wrong Items Delivered:

Provide details of order number, items, invoice number, and courier’s airway bill consignment number.
We will discuss replacement, refund, or credit. Ship the item/s back in the original packing, and upon receiving and confirming their good condition, your originally ordered item/s will be shipped at no charge. The initial shipping cost for returning wrongly shipped items is borne by the customer, and upon receiving the items in good condition, we will refund the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 15 days of Pebbledhara receiving returned goods. The amount will be transferred back through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card to the account from which it was paid. Remember, delivery charges are non-refundable.
